In addition, I supported other departments, monitored patrons prone to incidents, managed office supplies, and coordinated orders with my supervisor to meet operational needs. I also handled record retention for facilities, programming, and cash reporting across various departments.

I managed the creation of print, graphic, and web files for university and medical programs, customizing books and materials for use in medical centers and hospitals nationwide. I collaborated directly with print shops to design new files, templates, and catalogs for large-scale printing, and produced and uploaded around 15,000 product images for various websites.In addition, I updated and created assets for six websites, including client photography, social media content, and promotional materials. I developed a comprehensive mobile and web application for healthcare professionals and hospitals, designing wireframes, mock-ups, user journeys, personas, and complete product designs for a full-stack development team. I managed multiple projects in Jira, overseeing troubleshooting, IT support, bug fixes, QA testing, and software development.

I provided daily care and support for a disabled senior, including tasks such as purchasing food, preparing meals, cleaning, assisting with walking, and offering companionship. I maintained open and clear communication with the senior's family regarding care and any potential concerns. Even after my formal employment ended, I continued to act as an emergency caretaker when necessary, stepping in to provide support during times when no other caretakers were available due to various circumstances.

Working with a Vandercook 3 letterpress. Including maintaining, organizing and helping people interested in producing prints and learning about typography. Helped students with running the letterpress, testing prints, setting up the letterpress machine and basic training as needed. Utilized the letterpress for personal projects exploring paper, ink, aesthetics, print techniques and block printing.

Focused on teaching the different uses of adobe programs between photographers, videographers and designers. Helped teach and tutor students about applications from adobe and how they can be intermingled to produce multimedia designs. Explained file formatting, data management, digital asset management, and basic organization structure which included utilizing meta data.
