I have always been closely involved in my family business that operates seven self-catering properties, located in South West Scotland and Portpatrick. I took on a full time role in July 2023 and oversee the marketing of the business, including websites, flyers, signage designs, promotional merchandise as well as social media management.I also assist with the day to day running of the business, including admin duties & comms.

Being part of the marketing team at Ayr Racecourse for several years, the role encompassed many different aspects of the business. Day to day I oversaw all digital marketing activities for Ayr Racecourse and Western House Hotel, their four star on-site hotel and wedding venue. Duties included Social Media management, content creation, e-marketing, website management & editing where required, copywriting, google analytics & google ads.
