- Managing Trust's Capacity Development (CD) Department and a range of CD programs- Writing reports and proposals (technical and financial) for CD projects of humanitarian intervention in the MENA region - Liaising with consultants, international organisaions and project managers to deliver timely trainings (PM, LEGS, M&E, CM, Protection, GBV, Accountability, Emergency Preparedness & Response) in volatile situations - Recruiting and managing consultants for Capacity Development trainings - Researching for M&E department, analysing quantitative and qualitative data.

Duties and responsibilities:- Conducting Third-Party Monitoring & Research and Capacity Development for Trust's programmes in the MENA region- Assisting with writing proposals and reports for CD and M&E departments- Oversaw new intake of interns, managed activities and coordinated meetings across the organisation- Acted as CEO assistant, liaising with external consultants, managers and between departments, organised and facilitated activities within Trust and for the interns

Established and developed relationships between the university, students and local organisations through meetings with council members, university groups and staffInitiated ‘micro-volunteering,’ contributing to the expansion of student volunteering activity by 20% to 250 volunteers

Assisted in the delivery process of humanitarian aid to Mosul, ensuring supplies for 200 hundredfamilies recently liberated from ISIS. This was done through negotiations with local and nationalofficials, alongside the practical organisation of supplies.Outcome of my internship was to produce a report of internal best practices for MRDS and itsstakeholders

Selected as an emerging leader to promote and advance Tearfund’s international relief and development work. Organised and hosted an event of approximately 50 people for Tearfund’s campaign, No Child Taken, with the outcome of securing long-term financial supporters and educating fellow students on human trafficking
