Created an online resale boutique specializing in children’s fashion and customized items. Worked with a website developer to design and build an e-commerce website and integrate the shop with eBay and Etsy. Self-taught graphic design and process of creation of personalized items using professional cutting and heat press machines. Responsible for day to day functions including accounting, quality control, buying, selling and shipping product and supplies, website maintenance, photographing product, editing product photos, listing products for sale on website, designing and creating products for sale, producing advertising campaigns and maintaining a strong social media presence.

Established and built a full service 24-hour fitness center. Responsible for human resources of over 40 employees including interviewing candidates, hiring, training, employee discipline, firing, compliance with local, state and federal employment regulations and taxation, calculating and processing payroll. Kept detailed accounting, sales and tax records. Accounts payable for all bills and outstanding invoices. Prioritized customer service and interaction with several thousand gym members. In charge of inventory tracking, ordering and stocking. Completed data entry into software system of employee, membership, accounting and inventory records. Created forms, policies and employee handbook.

Conducted conferences with clients. Drafted motions, letters, and subpoenas, and researched case law and statutes. Represented clients during first appearances, arraignments, hearings, pre-trial conferences, and at trial. Reviewed case files for defense strategies and evidentiary issues. Negotiated plea agreements with state attorneys.

Briefed case files. Observed and assisted in the Drug Court and Juvenile Boot Camp programs. Coordinated the selection of participants in the Juvenile Boot Camp program, and taught yoga at the Juvenile Boot Camp program.

Hired, trained and supervised a staff of up to ten counselors. Coordinated all aspects of summer camp including weekly field trips, sleepovers, curriculum, art projects, sports and swimming.
