Continuing from my second year I worked with students of various grade and skill levels, while also substituting for different classes, completing classroom assessments, proctoring SOL testing and co-teaching lessons.

Working in the restaurant industry I practiced communication, customer service and satisfaction, teamwork and time management. My responsibilities consisted of prep work, proper customer service, closing duties, and bartending as needed.

During this time i completed three months of training. While doing so I completed a training in a unfamiliar computer system, entering non-emergency calls and enter calls on my computer, learning the dispatch codes and dispatching calls to emergency personnel.

During this time I worked with students, teachers, and administration.. During the first portion of my time with Mecklenburg county I worked with students in small groups ranging from kindergarten to fifth grade. My second year and following years consisted of working with students in kindergarten, while also being pulled as a substitute teacher for various different grades and skill levels.

During my summer internship with the technology program, I worked with the computers and hotspots, insuring that those who need either of these devices received it. While working with these computer I worked on broken chromebooks, by repairing damages and resetting for the new year.
