Continued to support Dyson Enterprise functions in the realisation of value from data products, transforming business requirements into detailed technical plans for data engineering teams. Designed, delivered and iterated a data product to Dyson Executive Directors, raising awareness of the benefits of cloud computing and centralised data stores. Shortlisted for the Dyson Recognition Award 2020 for the delivery of a global COVID19 response data product.

As a Data Product Manager supporting the Enterprise functions at Dyson (HR, Legal, Finance, Estates, IT), I defined and owned short and long term data product roadmaps. Using agile development methodologies, I managed the delivery of these data products from initiation through to execution and maintenance ensuring that the benefits were realised and teams were empowered to make better decisions. Often would get 'hands on' with the data products, utilising cloud computing (BigQuery) and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Looker, Google Data Studio) to offer insights to the teams.Initiated and led a Design Thinking Hackathon to deliver high value to Enterprise functions in a 5 day sprint process. Nominated for the Dyson Recognition Award 2019 as a result of the facilitation of the fast-paced and delivery of value to senior leadership.

Associate Data Product Manager, Research and Development (May - Aug 2019) - Managed the ingestion of a new data source into Dyson's R&D Data Warehouse and worked with stakeholders to unlock the value of joining this data source to other product data. Associate Data Product Manager, Global Data Services (Sept 2018 - May 2019) - Moved to Singapore on an international assignment, supporting the global team in delivering data products and raising data literacy across teams and cultures. Delivered Dyson’s first HR data product, offering automated recruitment insights utilising cloud technologies. Change Analyst (Mar - Sept 2018) - Worked on a Global IT Transformation Programme, closely supporting the IT Leadership Team on an organisation restructure and changes to ways of working.Business Analyst (Sept 2017 - Mar 2018)- Supported the implementation of a global procurement software solution that aimed at reducing costs by enabling better sourcing decisions and financial controls.

As a placement student, oversaw the successful management of the Continuous Improvement (CI) programme within the company.Lead several business changes, working with colleagues across departments to implement changes. Achieved Lean Competency Level 1a accreditation.
