Prime Coalition is a nonprofit organization on a mission to unlock catalytic capital and change the future of climate finance.Abigail manages and implements the organization's communications strategy, advancing its mission by shining a light on its courageous and pioneering philanthropic partners, programs, climate interventions, and impacts. Reporting to the Senior Director of Partnerships & Communications, Abigail works hand in hand with the Prime team, PR firm, and graphic design consultants to implement Prime's messaging across social media, website, newsletter and publications.

ImaginePod is a social impact education and coaching company that provides comprehensive capacity building resources in communications, marketing and fundraising for small, minority led organizations. We do this through accessible courses, coaching and community, led by a diverse and expert "pod" of social impact consultants. We also partner with both charitable and corporate funders to provide custom group learning experiences for their grantees. As a co-founder, Abigail worked closely with Adriana Dakin to launch and grow the organization through paid media and marketing funnels, a podcast launch, online events and trainings, blogging, and short-form social media video content. As a result, ImaginePod has trained over 300 social impact leaders from around the world and partnered with several funders to lead and implement group-learning grantee cohorts.

Do Big Things is a digital strategy firm that is creating a new narrative and new tech for the new era in which we are now living. Pioneering cutting-edge tools and techniques in nonprofit, philanthropic and political digital technology to build a better world for all. Abigail was a digital strategist and research analyst who has worked with some of the most influential organizations over the past 8 years, first at Fission Strategy, and then after their merger with 270 Strategies where they rebranded as Do Big Things. Her work during this time focused on managing and presenting qualitative and quantitative research that informed strategic planning, capacity building, digital marketing and web development for nonprofits and foundations that are leading social change around the world. In her day- to-day work, she laid the groundwork for successful strategic planning and client team training. She did this through in-depth benchmark research so that clients knew exactly where they stood among their peers and within their industry. She utilized enterprise level software to conduct landscape research across Google search and social media. She organized and conducted one-on-one and group interviews with various stakeholders. Lastly, she presented the findings with well designed data visualization. The end result was the creation of a strategic roadmap with long term KPIs and goals for implementing strategies built on the findings from her research. In short, Abigail helped client organizations discover the research insights they needed to make their most impactful digital strategy decisions. She showed them how they could use the research to achieve their strategic goals, increase internal buy-in and collaboration, develop compelling messaging and websites and clarify their organizational vision.

Abigail conducted marketing research for African programs and grantees in multiple countries around the world including Senegal, Benin, Ghana, Nigeria, and France. She also supported event and program management for programs that supported African agribusiness and tech entrepreneurs, including the launch and marketing for the Global Youth Innovation Network.
