Hi, my name is Abby Alcala! I am a fourth-year student at San Diego State University (SDSU) studying Marketing, with a specialization in Integrated Marketing Communications. Having transferred from San Diego Miramar College, it is a top priority for me to get involved on campus, connect with professionals in the industry, and prepare myself for a successful career in marketing. I am currently an active member of two thriving student organizations on campus: SDSU's American Marketing Association and SDSU's Women in Business. Both organizations provide me with a plentiful amount of opportunities to network, develop my skills, and gain marketing experience. While I look forward to building my network and experience through education and campus involvement, I am also actively seeking internships and job opportunities in the marketing field to apply my knowledge and skills in a real-world setting.
