I have been cultivating plans for many years to own a co-op culinary program for kids and teens, being partially sustainable on its own land and farm, designed with a step program similar to a true culinary school's model. This program would develop a sense of identity for youth, opening new avenues to learn socially and cognitively while also learning about cooking, agriculture and health/nourishment. I believe that having this culinary program would allow children to develop positive character and confidence in themselves, helping them to make responsible choices on their own time.My objective is to find my place in grassroots social services. I have been influenced by extraordinary people who have encouraged me to try harder every day, to turn my personal circumstances into life changes and aspirations. With my cooking talents and my passion for teaching and advocacy, I am determined to use my experiences and knowledge to help others.
