Acting HR Manager to bridge the gap as demand increases within a growing business. Increasing performance standards through implementing and regulating HR processes across the group.Maintaining all functions of systems infrastructure (hardware and software) across 12 sites from Newcastle to Guildford.Designing and writing reports to improve critical decision making within the business by highlighting areas requiring investment (time and/or capital) across the business. Overseeing facilities maintenance, compliance and improvement across 12 sites that make up the company estate.

Property:- Project management for re-branding/improvements to existing properties within the group.- Project management for opening new galleries from service procurement to opening day and staff training.- Health & Safety - ensuring the company is compliant and maintaining good working practices. - Overseeing general maintenance.Procurement:- Central procurement for services and materials within the BFA publishing group.- Renegotiating and sourcing supply lines.- Championing waste reduction through forward planning to combat overspending.Tech and IT Support- Identifying demand and commissioning software development across all BFA platforms (primarily dynamics NAV) including third party integrations.- Ensuring all gallery sites (14x gallery sites & Head office) have functioning tech and services.- Delivering systems and tech training.- Process improvement in both systemic environments and in real-world practice.

Primary responsibility is to oversee the production and manufacture of framing for all fine art across the BFA group. - Quality Control- Logistics and Planning- Procurement- Process improvement- Training - Health & Safety
