Contributed to two projects over the course of 12 weeks: Robotic Processing Automation (RPA) - Collaborated with managers, SME’s, and Technology partners to hold Deep Dive Sessions for 15 CB Fulfillment Automations to identify how each BOT is supporting the business and explore enhancements that would substantially increase performance with minimal impact to development resources- Created an Excel dashboard to assess BOT performance statistics, exception levels, key personnel, and potential solutions for key issues affecting automationsHFC Day of Install Completions - Reviewed Work Orders entered by Field Service Technicians from May-June 2022 that were not successfully installed to identify themes and areas of opportunity - Conducted email surveys for a sample of “Not Done” work orders to learn from OMS’s and PM’s ways to prevent repeat situations - Led a series of Solutioning Sessions with Field Services and Field Operations partners to identify key issues and improvements - Examined root causes for missed installs to begin process improvement with a potential OPEX savings of up to $6M
