Talent Acquisition Sourcer/Talent Scout
• Create and execute talent sourcing and attraction strategies for hard-to-fill roles ranging from Medical, Care Delivery, HR, Sales, etc. up to Director level positions across all lines of business.• Collaborate with Recruiters and Hiring Managers through strategy sessions and recommend ways to identify and recruit qualified candidates.• Proactively scout for passive candidates, live outreach, pre-screen, utilize various candidate engagement strategies, nurture talent, strategically pipeline top talent & submit diverse candidate slates to Hiring Managers.• Conduct labor market insights on LinkedIn to support strategy and utilize various tools/databases, social media, career-related websites, and networking events for Sourcing.• Engage in weekly touchpoint meetings with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to present new candidates, discuss sourcing or pre-screening challenges, and receive feedback on interviews or updates/changes to the role.
