This included annual merit reviews, off-cycle promotions, competency-based pay reviews for tech roles, and integrating annual wage supplements into monthly base salaries. From creating master calculation spreadsheets to finalizing salary and bonus figures in Workday, I ensured accuracy and efficiency.

Executed annual performance management and salary review exercise and managed the full employee life cycle transactions for management and support staff.

Administered the annual variable bonus and salary increment exercise for a headcount of 900+ employees. This involved redesigning the master spreadsheet and individual department ranking sheets, racking of submissions from heads, to finalizing bonus and increment figures in Oracle HRMS and preparation of letters to staff. Extracted and transformed raw HR data for different compensation surveys, government-mandated reports, and monthly internal updates.
