CurrentAs a Board-Certified Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at LEARN Behavioral, I deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism and developmental disabilities, helping them build essential skills and achieve meaningful progress. Working under the guidance of Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), I implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each child’s unique needs and goals.Key Responsibilities:Direct Therapy: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions designed to foster growth in social, communication, and daily living skills. My work is centered on creating a supportive environment that helps each child reach their fullest potential.Data Collection & Progress Tracking: Accurately collect and input data on each child’s progress, helping guide treatment adjustments and track milestones. I leverage LEARN’s data collection systems to ensure precision and effectiveness in therapy.Collaboration with BCBAs and Team Members: Work closely with BCBAs to review each child’s progress and adapt intervention strategies as needed. Regular team meetings support our collaborative approach to ensure consistency and quality across all sessions.Family Communication: Partner with families to provide regular updates, demonstrate techniques, and offer guidance to reinforce learning in the home environment, promoting skill retention and continuity.Ongoing Education: Engage in continuing education to stay updated on ABA best practices and maintain my RBT certification, supporting my commitment to effective, compassionate care.In my role as an RBT, I am passionate about helping children build confidence, independence, and essential life skills.
