For this study, I follow a procedural manual to run participants in a 1-hour intake session, set up recurring emails for participants to receive daily diary surveys, check participant compliance on Qualtrics, record progress on Google Sheets, and send Google Voice reminders.-Additional tasks I have performed include the final coding of participant responses for a longitudinal study and literature reviews (i.e. write up summary of study, participants, measures, methods, and results) of studies that have used specific scales.

As an Orientation Aide, I received training and education in crisis management, leadership, relationship-building, inclusivity, and diversity. I guided a group of around 20 freshmen through the transition to college life during a five-day orientation period (in August 2019 and 2020).
