Hi! My name is Abigail. I’m a civil engineer working in Alicante, Spain, but originally from Dublin, Ireland. My current role pertains to the maintenance of the infrastructure and track of the high speed railway between Madrid and Alicante. Railway engineering is a field I am excited to be part of, and I look forward to expanding my skills and exploring different opportunities within this profession. I have also recently started studying my Master’s Degree of Caminos, Canales y Puertos (Civil Engineering) part-time, while working full-time. In my free time I enjoy teaching classical ballet in a local dance studio. This has been a passion of mine for many years and has taught me discipline and an abundance of other valuable skills.
