I am passionate about helping others and making my community a better place. I am studying Human Services and Marketing because I dream of opening my own nonprofit someday! I have always been interested in content creation and spent most of my childhood with a camera in my hand. I loved expressing my creativity by taking photos and entering them into competitions. I also enjoyed using my gifts to serve in my church as the social media manager and on my school's yearbook team. Others describe me as creative, reliable hardworking, organized, and collaborative. In my free time, I enjoy photography, attending concerts, volunteering, crafting, exploring the outdoors, and going to coffee shops.My passion for serving my community started in Junior High and through pursuing this passion I have gained valuable experience and knowledge. I have put countless hours into volunteering for various organizations around my community, ranging from serving breakfast for the homeless on Saturday mornings to caring for children of low-income and homeless families, serving those who have aged out of foster care, and more. My volunteer experience has helped me to gain new perspectives on different communities and social issues and has encouraged me to seek creative solutions. It has developed my oral and written communication skills and taught me how to work with many different people groups. Volunteering helped me to gain confidence in managing volunteers, program development, and event planning.
