As a Peer Instructor, I have aided in the professional development of multiple 60 student classes. Through training for this job, I have gained more knowledge about professional development and have the opportunity to pass it on to my peers. I hold a weekly office hour, a weekly section meeting, and help teach a one-hour class once a week. Through grading assignments and assisting students with their questions, I have been able to showcase my communication, maximizer, and harmony strengths. This experience has provided me with the opportunity to improve as a servant-leader and develop my written and oral communication skills.

During my internship within the Data-Driven Marketing Team, I performed analysis on Georgia Pacific's SMS Marketing program to determine past and current performance and make recommendations for the future of the program. I attended Koch Early Career Events that allowed me to develop my knowledge of all Koch Companies and Principle Based Management. I collaborated with other interns through the Intern Innovation Challenge where we were tasked with finding a growth opportunity for Koch or Georgia Pacific.

While studying abroad in Greece, I had the opportunity to serve as a Community Leader for a group of 100 students. In this role, I planned and led morning meetings with the group. We problem solved through issues that arose with students while traveling. I was a resource for other students to come to with any questions or concerns about program activities, class, Greek culture, or anything that they needed. I had the opportunity to learn how to balance my studies with exploring a foreign country and my responsibilities as a Community Leader.
