Implementation Project Manager
Current-Oversee multiple projects simultaneously and in coordination with multiple departments and customers-Effectively manage customer pipeline-Establish timelines and make sure to meet strict deadlines according to customer expectations-Manage and run daily client interface, as well as internal cross department meetings-Set priorties, monitor and manage project process-Assess situations to determine importance, urgency and risks involved-Identify opportunites for improvement within project management-Meet onsite with customers to develop and maintain relationships, as well as walk through implementation process -Grow and maintain professional relationships with customers and co-workers
