Managing and developing a portfolio of cardiovascular and radiology journals.

Independently supported six Publishers across 46 biomedicine (specifically microbiology, dentistry, ophthalmology and metabolism) journals. - Performed journal administration, including but not limited to, website updates, EBM onboarding and offboarding, EBM subscription requests, answering internal and external queries, EBM meeting resources and minutes, and drafting EBM and society contracts. - Pulled and summarised analytics reports from submission systems and various analytics tools. Managed contract and invoice payments across the portfolio. - Copyedited manuscripts for industry-leading dentistry journals. - Coordinated collections for priority titles – implemented effective workflow, communicated with Guest Editor(s), collection creation, communicated with JEO and Production, and tracked submissions.- Supported RIG cases – internal tracking, and RIG, whistle-blower, author communications. From May to August 2024, I was on secondment one day per week as part of the RIG team, helping to prevent, identify and resolve suspect papers. - Created competitor analyses across sub-fields of biomedicine. - Independently managed SN’s microbiology and ophthalmology Twitter/X accounts – included writing copy, posting, interacting, and measuring and growing impact.

Wrote ours and clients’ website and blog content – involved following best practices/branding guidelines, and communicating with and meeting client requirements. Independently managed all social media accounts, such as LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Facebook and Instagram - included writing copy, posting, interacting and measuring impact. General administration – including but not limited to, curating/creating our weekly newsletter, Trustpilot review requests, account management check-in emails and calls, and managing client invoices and payments.
