First and foremost, I’m a passionate e-commerce product person. In my experiences from startups to large corporate environments, I’ve worked on 10 ads & commerce products across all parts of the shopping funnel (discovery/inspiration, search/research, purchase). I love to reject all preconceptions about what shopping is and come up with crazy ideas for what the future of commerce could be.At Google, I worked as a Product Manager on experimental shopping products, like Boutiques.com, Google Catalogs and Google Shopping Express. Before Google, at Like.com (a startup acquired by Google) I worked on products to help shoppers connect to style experts to get advice about purchasing decisions. And prior to that I worked at a startup that developed technology to allow customized clothing to be made in mass production – a technology that served as the backbone of custom clothing programs for several major US retailers as well as a custom clothing brand. Accordingly, I’ve spent (and continue to spend) a great deal of time thinking about how technology can make commerce, both online and offline, better. I am definitely a start-up person at heart, and am not afraid to get my hands dirty. Over the years, I have worn all sorts of hats including marketing/PR, UI/UX, operations, QA and even customer service.I left Google to get back to my passion of reimagining the future of commerce.
