I am a graduate of the the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with a Business Degree in Marketing with a concentration in Business Analytics. Throughout my Marketing internships, I have learned I am an achiever who takes satisfaction in a busy and productive work environment. In my previous position as a Lead Marketing Intern for Aramark Collegiate Hospitality, a typical day could range from tabling initiatives, guiding tour groups, event coordination, to curating engaging promotional material through graphic design. The variety in every day led to a fast-paced work environment in which I strived. Another skill I have gained is being strategic, this means I am talented in finding creative alternative ways to proceed. During my time with the Code Ninjas company, I utilized social media manager HootSuite to spot the relevant patterns and issues with current social media analytics. Through this analysis, I was able to identify trends in our content and implement more engaging content to increase social media interaction. In the year 2021, we were able to increase Instagram and Facebook following by approximately 33%.My business interests include understanding global trends in the entertainment/theme park industry and how different cultures require unique and culturally appropriate targeted marketing strategies. My experiences with data management, customer service, and leadership, have prepared me to pursue a career in Marketing or Business Analytics. For example, I have showcased quality customer service during my time as a Sales Associate at Build-A-Bear. While working there, I pursued sincere interactions with every customer in order to make their experience at the store a long-lasting memory. My career goal is to work with a reputable company in their Marketing department or as a part of a business analytics team. I am most interested in pursuing a career in the theme park industry because serving people and creating memorable experiences is my passion.
