Responsibilities include: Define recruitment/eligibility criteria; recruit, hire, train and monitor CCRs; budget and contract negotiations; create and implement policies and procedures; personnel and payroll administration; outcome reporting, and; hire and supervise full-time project staff. Provide support to various University initiatives.
