I lead and delived on the central digital weight management service, as part of a fast-paced, growing community health organisation. My main duties included; -Working with tier 3 adults to support, motivate and advise on weight management via zoom, including behavioural interventions necessary for permanent and continued weight loss and maintenance. -Design, implementation and training of staff on a new alternative lifestyle programme including Intermittent fasting, and low- carb, healthy fats.-Providing support for Nutritionists working towards full registration with the AFN (RNutr) and providing managerial support to my team, in the absence of the project lead and the ongoing development of the digital service.
