I am a senior attending The University of Texas at Dallas, pursuing a career in Information Technology and Systems at Naveen Jindal School of Management. I believe that effective organization and communication are essential when it comes to fulfilling tasks and responsibilities. I enjoy working through challenges and practicing problem-solving skills in every situation to achieve a valuable result. I researched, conducted, and presentee a Capstone project about environmental safety, held my own fundraiser that helped spread awareness in my community, and donated to a local organization. This process developed my communication, organization, and networking skills and allows me to continue using them throughout college and the workforce. I plan to stay involved and continue serving my community for my short-term goals. I also plan to intern with IT companies and organizations that provide professional experience and helpful knowledge in my field of study. Additionally, I plan on bridging the gap between my passions that ran my community service and my IT major. With this all said, I hope to work with well-structured companies in their IT department in future years and provide support in information security systems.
