I hold an intermediate degree in Administrative Management and completed an internship in Lisbon, Portugal, with FNAC, where I worked across various departments. I fell in love with the city and decided to stay for a year and a half, working as a Content Analyst in the back office. My role involved making decisions based on company guidelines, paying close attention to detail, and ensuring that all actions adhered strictly to company policies. During my time in Lisbon, I also took the opportunity to learn Portuguese and improve my English.In February 2020, I returned to Castellón. During the lockdown period, I took a store assistant course through the Spanish Chamber of Commerce, along with several other courses in digital marketing, community management, customer service, and warehouse organization. These complemented the logistics training I received through the Red Cross. I consider myself dynamic and always eager to update my skills, especially in today’s fast-evolving digital world.After completing my studies, I moved to Germany, where I worked in Amazon warehouses and later as a kitchen assistant at an Asian restaurant. Shortly after, I transitioned to remote customer service for Sitel/Foundever for five months. Although I didn’t expect to leave that role so soon, a better opportunity arose, and I have since been working as an Office Manager for Weloveliving.com GmbH. Throughout my time in Germany, I have continued to learn German, taking every opportunity to improve my language skills.I am not afraid of change and thrive on challenging myself.
