Abigail McNeal-Harris is the director of development and operations at Make-A-Wish Central New York, where she leads the fundraising, philanthropy, and event management efforts to fulfill the wishes of children with critical illnesses. She has over 15 years of experience in advancement work in the higher education and nonprofit sectors, with a bachelor of science in business from Le Moyne College.She is skilled in development and fundraising operations, donor recognition, event planning, alumni engagement, and project management. She has a proven track record of building and sustaining relationships with donors, partners, volunteers, and stakeholders, and delivering impactful outcomes for the organizations she serves. She is passionate about supporting the missions of Make-A-Wish and Syracuse University, where she previously held roles in the School of Information Studies and the Office of Institutional Advancement.
