While I held this position, I was responsible for providing support to 100+ Chicago based employees. Ensured that all RE&F and employee reports were maintained. RE&F reports included space utilization and monthly accounting documents.I also provided operational support for our employees and customers (open/close reception, greeting/directing visitors, information coordination, booking/managing conference spaces and resources, liaison for property management, and security access requests), local shipping and receiving logistics, monitored vendor accounts/activity, maintenance dispatch and coordination, inventory management (office, kitchen, and printer supplies) and provided our employees, visitors, and customers with an efficient, professional, safe and secure work environment.-Supported three out of six Central Region offices as Senior Admin with end user/landlord communications and needs, space reporting, accounting, vendor management, as well as Administrative tasks during staffing transitions.
