As an integral part of RDI Solutions' expansive team of property tax professionals, my role was multifaceted and impactful. Working alongside over 130 in-house experts, I focused on providing tailored tax incentive and planning solutions to clients within the property industry and business sector.One of my primary responsibilities was ensuring client satisfaction by guiding them through complex processes such as tax reliefs and portfolio incorporation. This involved a keen understanding of their unique needs and objectives, allowing me to deliver solutions that aligned perfectly with their goals.My proficiency in networking within the property investment sector proved instrumental in driving business growth. Through strategic partnerships and collaborations with solicitors, real estate agents, and mortgage brokers, I not only generated new business for our clients but also facilitated mutually beneficial relationships that enhanced our service offerings.Building and nurturing long-term relationships with key figures in the property industry was another crucial aspect of my role. This enabled me to travel and meet international clients face-to-face, establishing trust and credibility in our ability to effectively manage their properties and taxes.In terms of business development, I spearheaded social media marketing efforts aimed at lead generation and worked alongside major organisations like Zoopla Property Group and Alto. Additionally, I employed effective sales tactics and conducted cold calls to engage potential clients, further expanding our client base and market reach.Furthermore, my role involved hands-on tasks such as handling important property documents, conducting property tax qualifications, and preparing detailed legal reports for submission to HMRC. This required a meticulous attention to detail and a deep understanding of complex tax regulations, ensuring compliance and maximising tax incentives for our clients.

Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of CEO.Daily activities consisted of assisting the sales team by researching and identifying potential clients, segmenting prospects, and preparing for outreach campaigns. I mainly had to develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income.

Organising appointments for clients being processed through the Portuguese embassy and getting a visa with virtual address/lease agreements. Formulating invoices of transactions. Making travel and meeting arrangements for clients from UAE and many other third world countries, preparing reports and maintaining appropriate filing systems. Utilise both oral and written communication skills and be able to organise work using tools, like MS Excel and office equipment.

Compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics. Monitoring social media accounts, creating content and responding to messages. Analysing questionnaires. Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns. Creating marketing adverts using many different types of softwares such as HubSpot, CRM etc for office properties that are available to rent across Lisbon, Portugal.

During this experience , I was given the opportunity to dive deep into the marketing industry whilst being surrounded by thriving experts. This allowed me to adopt a highly beneficial skill set that I am now ready to utilise within the working environment. Within this internship , I had the chance to contribute ideas to a few marketing campaigns whilst compiling and distributing information such as website and social media analytics. Furthermore, I was given the opportunity to demonstrate my creative perspective by participating in content creation and responding to messages, analysing questionnaires, writing marketing and website text, organising presentations, assisting with promotional activities, liaising with customers/external agencies and helping to organise market research.
