o   Manage over $5,000,000 annually across 10 large projects, 3 smaller projects, 5 project sites, and approximately 30-person team of scientists, graduate students, and research assistants at the Center for Autism Research Excellenceo   Improve working relationships between the research team and supports at the department and university levels, working closely with financial, research support, and compliance teams within the university.o   Oversee all human-subjects project compliance for 16 research protocols and serve as liaison between Institutional Review Board and the lab. Maintain training records of approximately 100 people. o   Oversee large internship program including students from BU as well as undergraduate programs across the country. o   Create job postings, review applicants, and recommend candidates for interview, assist with hiring interviews and decision. Assist with resignations and replacements. o   Created and execute program for training study staff and students on standardized measures for clinical research assessments, including the VABS, ELSA-T, and BOSCC. o   Communicate with families across multiple studies for recruitment, scheduling, and assistance with study procedures. o   Administer multiple clinical research measures of assessment and intervention program for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder o   Coordinate, Planned and Executed quarterly meetings between 10 Principal Investigators across 4 sites.

o Coordinated and executed 8-hour study visit for children with developmental disabilities and their families. Bringing in over 300 families annually for 12 studies. o Managed behaviors of young children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, as well as typically developing infants.o Administered multiple clinical assessments to children with developmental disabilities. o Presented reports and updates of several research studies to 5 Primary investigators bi-weekly.o Developed 5 novel eye-tracking tasks and administered them to children with and without developmental disabilities. o Prepared and Analyzed data for use in presentations and publications.o Presented data at 4 National & International conferences, winning an award for Best Student Researcher.
