TribeMeets is a platform that allows Africans in the diaspora to connect with each other and find culturally relevant resources in the palm of their hands.

Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions to help clients manage their mental health conditions and achieve their treatment goals.Monitor clients' progress throughout their treatment and make adjustments to their treatment plan as needed.Establish positive, trusting rapport with clients through active listening, effective communication, and a client centered approach. Create personalized treatment plans that draw upon evidence-based practices and account for each client's unique needs, goals, and strengths.
