I am a marketing major in the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee. I am planned to graduate in May of 2026. From my job experiences I have acquired many skills. One of my strongest skills I've developed over my years of work has been communication. The skill of communication has helped me in and out of the workplace. Being able to communicate effectively can be very beneficial in any relationship. It allows me to excel in group work and projects. I am able to share my ideas and collaborate with others when needed. Time management has been another skill I have developed from school and work. Being able to handle school, a job, and still having the time I need for myself can be very hard. I have worked on my time management and found what works best for me during times like this. I am able to go to my classes and get my schoolwork done while still going to my job and performing strongly there.I have many goals and aspirations for my future. I want to start at a company that has a marketing branch and get the opportunities to work my way up in the company. I have been working at making connections with people who can help me in the future. This is really important to me, because I want to be able to get the most opportunities that I am able to. I want to end up on the social media side of marketing. I am very knowledgeable about social media and the internet. I also excel in figuring out how to get people’s attention and to give them what they want in our product. I want to be able to work alongside a team to be able to advertise our company and reach as many people as possible to ensure our company's success.
