I have over 20 years of experience in the South African and International non-profit sectors working in public health, education, community mental health and leadership development. After completing a counselling course at Lifeline, I realized my true calling as a Life and Grief coach and, at 40, decided to change my career.My passion is for people. The coaching process creates awareness for us to reach our full potential and allows us to live a whole life with intention and purpose. I believes grief can be our greatest gift in unlocking joy and fulfilment. I am completing an Advanced Coach Practitioner course at SACAP, practising the ICF Code of Ethics.I'm passionate about my work and adaptable to any environment, whether in any board meeting, office, or on-the-ground programmatic work. I have worked in and around Southern Africa. I'm reliable, hard-working, honest, and passionate about what I do.I'm high-energy; I love working with teams as well as by myself. I'm highly motivated to see social change to be a part of social change, and to create a social tipping point where people are able to be fulfilled by their lives and have access to everyday magic.I'm very committed to self-care and my family and live a very active outdoor lifestyle. I enjoy reading, running, swimming, listening to music, and a daily partitioner of meditation
