• End to end project management of volume staffing for 'Seasonal Hiring' across 26 Amazon Fulfillment Centers. • Led a team of 30 temporary recruiters conducting parallel hiring drives across the country. Managed scheduling, communication, infrastructure arrangements, paperwork, drug tests, and Day 1 readiness with my recruiting team and FC operations. • Ensured seamless operations of the complete hiring cycle from onboarding to Day 1 for 1000+ FC employees in 2 months.

Moved continents. Changed priorities. Decided to stop waiting for my little girl to go to sleep so I can respond to e-mail, instead wait for her to wake up - so we could just breathe and live in the present. Jumped in puddles, chased after shadows, touched raindrops - lived! Took baby steps back into the corporate world - worked part time hours, took up short term assignments and now back in the business.
