CurrentSupport the Headquarters Talent Consulting Branch on projects such as but not limited to: -Conduct team enhancing workshops, examples include: Lead a session on navigating personal biases in organizational change projects. Co-facilitated a two day offsite for leadership of the Artemus Campaign Development Division focused on team alignment and strategic planning. -Serve as an advisor on the phased rollout of the process of centralizing the HRBP role -Develop reports to tell the story of each sub organization’s 2022 Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey (FEVS)
