As a sixth year organizational psychology Ph.D. student I am exploring my areas of interest which currently include group/team dynamics, change management, and (personality) assessments. I gained interested in this field when working for a company that was acquired. Eventually I am keen to return to this dynamic, this time being on the other side of the coin, by helping companies navigate the cultural dynamic changes that are a natural result of mergers and acquisitions. However at my core, I want to help companies reach their goals by improving the daily work lives of their employees.
