My main focus is to share the stories of Foster Carers, Young People and Staff at Blue Sky Fostering. Whether it’s through online stories or at events, my aim is to highlight their incredible journeys and help prospective foster carers see what it’s really like—the hard work, the support, the challenges, and most importantly, the life-changing rewards.- Managing social media platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn), creating engaging content that boosted brand awareness and audience engagement. I aided in keeping the website fresh with blogs and multimedia, collaborating with teams to stay on top of digital trends.- I planned and delivered local events, connecting with communities to promote our brand and attract new leads. I also developed paid media strategies, managed budgets, and analyzed performance to optimize campaigns.- From coordinating PR efforts like radio interviews and magazine/newspaper features to ensuring consistent branding across all channels, this role let me combine creativity and strategy to make a real impact.

During this role, I balanced my final year studies while designing social media strategies to boost student engagement and support university goals. I also worked closely with clients to develop cohesive marketing plans across multiple channels, building strong relationships and delivering impactful results.

In this role, I created and published engaging content across social media platforms, while tracking key performance indicators for social, email, and website content. I also conducted competitor analysis to help shape our marketing strategies. Working closely with other teams, I ensured brand consistency and used automation systems to keep clients engaged through regular email communication.
