I started in the cable industry twenty years ago in tech support with my sights set on becoming an organizational asset through the application of my technical, operational and inherent leadership skill sets. The spaces I most enjoy are strategy and operational/organizational alignment. I love helping companies, teams, and people figure out how to make processes, teams, and operations function better. Because my career began in technical support and I am naturally curious, I enjoy figuring out how things work and ultimately making things work together better.
