Verland is a $66MM non-profit family of person-centered, community homes and services supporting 230 individuals with intellectual and physical disabilities. Verland operates both an Intermediate Care Facility (ICF/IID) and Community Living Arrangement (CLA) homes in Allegheny, Beaver, Fayette, and Mercer Counties.Here, I successfully perform in a pivotal executive position, investing time on the forefront by interacting with clients and families, championing for employees, and deeply immersing in the organization’s activities.
