Supporting UNICEF Thailand to identify practical ways to strengthen existing digital health services to better meet the diverse needs of young people. Led a mixed methods study, engaging with young people and stakeholders to explore the quality, impact, accessibility and sustainability of existing digital health services, and applying learning from best practice and global innovations to inform service improvement.- Development of research strategy and methodology, design and preparation of research instruments, tools and protocols. - Capacity building and coaching of local researcher for enumeration- Lit review of global best practice and preparation of international case studies- Review of the existing landscape of digital health services designed for and used by young people in Thailand: considering the nature, reach, accessibility, inclusiveness, and sustainability, including desk review and stakeholder KIIs- Mixed methods engagement with diverse groups of young people, to explore their perspectives and priorities, including user experience research and observation, in-depth interviews, and focus groups. - Formulation of insights and actionable recommendations to strengthen existing digital health services to better meet the needs of young people, in line with global best practice. - Final report is due for publication Jan 24.
