I am an empathetic and creative digital innovation researcher and innovation design strategist, with a deep commitment to impact. Through my thoughtful approach combining mixed-methods research, human centred design, behavioural principles and a systems lens, I support NGOs, social businesses and UN agencies to drive real value through accessible, inclusive and engaging digital innovation.As a researcher practitioner, my approach centres gathering practical insights needed to develop inclusive, accessible, engaging digital services.Behaviour change is my passion. Across strategy and design, I support my clients to optimise the effectiveness and equity of their digital services through centring the perspectives, motivations and needs that shape behaviours, and through utilising behaviour change approaches to drive engagement and impactful shifts in real world behavioursThrough 15 years’ experience in with NGOs and social businesses, I have broad thematic expertise: from sexual and reproductive health to women’s economic empowerment and youth development, with a particular passion for digital health.I work holistically to develop digital service strategy that delivers meaningful impact and achieves stakeholder goals, with a focus on developing service models with a strong value proposition within the market landscape.In service design, I apply my flexible skillset throughout the creative cycle: from strategy and design research, through to co-creation and prototyping. I establish bespoke MEL approaches to understand performance, and support with iterative design management. Principal Investigator: Study On Digital Health Platforms And Services For Young People In ThailandUnicef Thailand Dec 2022 - Sep 2023Supporting UNICEF Thailand to identify practical ways to strengthen existing digital health services to better meet the diverse needs of young people. Led a mixed methods study, engaging with young people and stakeholders to explore the quality, impact, accessibility and sustainability of existing digital health services, and applying learning from best practice and global innovations to inform service improvement.- Development of research strategy and methodology, design and preparation of research instruments, tools and protocols. - Capacity building and coaching of local researcher for enumeration- Lit review of global best practice and preparation of international case studies- Review of the existing landscape of digital health services designed for and used by young people in Thailand: considering the nature, reach, accessibility, inclusiveness, and sustainability, including desk review and stakeholder KIIs- Mixed methods engagement with diverse groups of young people, to explore their perspectives and priorities, including user experience research and observation, in-depth interviews, and focus groups. - Formulation of insights and actionable recommendations to strengthen existing digital health services to better meet the needs of young people, in line with global best practice. - Final report is due for publication Jan 24. -
