I am a Field-based Recruitment Manager for Marston's Pub Partnership for up to 400 community pubs based across the North West of England. I recruit for Pub Partners on a range of agreements and I am responsible for sourcing high quality candidates for the self-employed partnership opportunities available now and in the future. I support a team of Operations Managers and Area Operations Managers and assist with interviewing and assessing candidates through the recruitment process, communicating, and managing the process to onboarding. I am also responsible for Marketing and advertising pub vacancies through, job boards, 3rd party websites, print, digital and social media. Organising recruitment events and interviewing potential applicants both in person at pubs and online and organising and attending major trade events.
