    Online Duken is the largest FMCG marketplace for Small and Midsize Enterprises in Kazakhstan. It is the part of the Halyk's (Bank #1 by assets in Kazakhstan) super app for businesses (MAU 300k+). The project was made in collaboration with McKinsey & Company from scratch.🏷️ Businesses get online marketplace with the Deferred Payment option.🙌 Distributors cut costs, increase sales and get transparent deals.💸 Bank increases SME client base and earns commision from Deferred Payments.✅ For Businesses I designed:(1) Core flows like purchase, checkout, delivery and payment.(2) Application for connection of Deferred Payments.(3) Sharing rights and setting up accesses of cashiers within the marketplace.After designing the flows, I was creating prototypes in Figma and go for UX-tests to convenient stores. Results then were analyzed and presented to the team. If the results were satisfiyng, developers were taking the task to their backlog. If not, there was the second round of design and UX-tests.💎 Increased the average check up to 21% by pushing the implementation of Promo mechanisms by researching, designing and presenting them to the Management.💎 Increased the conversion to cart by 18% without significant efforts on the development side by imply fixing UX of listing of products.✅ For Distributors I designed the Monitoring Panel where they can monitor sales, promo, catalog, clients and setup rights and accesses to the panel for its employees. After designing the flows, I was creating prototypes in Figma, presenting and testing with Distributors' representatives.

    Forbes: Jusan Marketplace - 1 million MAU (2023)2023 - No. 8 out of 45 largest online marketplaces in Kazakhstan.2022 - No. 23 of the 40 largest online marketplaces in Kazakhstan.Marketplace sells goods, services and FMCG products.I supervised 2 Junior Product Designers, set the team backlog and was responsible for the quality of their work.In the Catalog & Checkout Teams:✅ Improved the UX at checkout and decreased the number of calls to support center by 41%.✅ Added "Original" Badge and decreased the number of product returns by 17%.✅ Redesigned the flow of shopping FMCG. Decreased Bounce Rate of the FMCG main page by 22%. Within a year trippled the GMV.✅ Designed the web version of the marketplace, so products became visible in Google search. As a result, incoming external traffic increased by 35%, so the sales.⛔️ Researched, designed and presented improved UX of acquiring services because this pattern is different from pattern of purchasing goods. However, the implementation was postponed indefinitely.⛔️ Redesigned the app following the vision of our Design Manager without the feedback from users, developped and released it. Right after, we received dissatisfaction and drop of app ratings. We urgently analyzed the feedback, conducted a UX audit and made changes. Improved accessibility, contrast. Decreased Bounce Rate of the main of the app by 11%. Increased the average session time in the app by 24%. Increased the NPS by 38%.

    Jusan is the financial ecosystem with 1.2 million MAU that offers a full range of financial and lifestyle services for individuals via its mobile super app.In the Digital Mortgage Team:✅ Redesigned the process of taking a loan. Decreased the number of steps more than twice from 9 to 3-4 steps. Decreased the average time to take the loan from 6.2 to 1.5 minutes.✅ Improved the design of video verification instructions and without significant efforts on the development side increased the rate of verification pass by 63%!✅ Designed the flow of restructuring poor performing loans and within a year 35% of all restructuring applications were processed in the app.In Payments and Transfers Team:✅ Redesigned Payments for Utilities and increased Retention rate among clients with a salary project by 19%.✅ Redesigned Transfers between accounts, to client of Jusan and to the card of another bank and increased the NPS by 29% (from Great to Excellent).⛔️ Designed the Visa Alias transfers, the new function to transfer by phone number, but due to a number of factors, such transfers have not gained popularity.⛔️ Redesigned Payments for parking, but because people prefer paying using QR, redesign did not bring noticable improvements in performance.In the Cards and Deposits Team:✅ Improved card limit management and reduced the number of calls to the call center by 28%.In the Core Team:✅ Wrote a color guide for developers on how to transfer the design from a light theme to a dark one. As a result, 24% of users set the dark theme of the application as the main one.⛔️ Redesigned the super app following the vision of our Design Manager without the feedback from users, developped and released it. Right after, we received dissatisfaction and drop of app ratings. We urgently analyzed the feedback, conducted a UX audit and made changes. The new feedback was "The most beautiful and interactive super app in the market" and app ratings sky rocketed.
