Preparing & tracking all approval issues based on FD7/FD6. Process and manage relevant approval issues that are included or not in mentioned FD’s such as Camp Pass, Camp Access Pass (RRRC ID Card) etc. Facilitating, guiding, and strengthen staff capacity following RRRC, DC, UNO, CIC office rules and regulations. Representing organization to CIC offices & local government offices to mitigate critical issues raise by CIC office. Participation in DC/UNO/CIC & other relevant stake holder meeting. Assisting Project Managers in implementation of new projects to relevant local authorities with the facilitation of external inception meetings and obtaining CICs approvals for project activities through bilateral meetings. Facilitation of different types of programs, training for Government official & program staff. Coordination with program for qualified need assessment & elaboration of FD7/FD6. Monitoring of local political & social scenario for security concern through social media, news portal, and contextual analysis. Alongside this I am engaged in Organizing meetings, workshops, training, and other events as required in Cox’s Bazar. Providing support to prepare and update contracts with hotels, vehicle rental service providers, and other local vendors/suppliers for relevant logistics and arrangements of logistics support. Preparation and compilation of monthly field visit schedule and arrange vehicle support as per approved schedule and procurement approval as well as preparation of purchase requests for all sorts of procurement, arrange for approval, and assist in procurement in Cox’s Bazar and in Dhaka Office.
