    The Clean Vehicle Rebate Project (CVRP) promotes clean vehicle adoption in California by offering rebates for zero-emission vehicles. CVRP is funded by the California Air Resources Board and since its inception has issued over $450M in rebates for 200K vehicles. My team processes an average of 4,500 rebate applications per month (~$10M). My role as operations manager includes the following core functions:Manage daily operations to maximize rebate application processing efficiency and ensure project objectives are met. Directly supervise 6-8 direct reports and provide direction for 14-18 indirect reports. Interface directly with the client to make operational process recommendations and collaboratively achieve objectives. Assist the senior operations manager in guiding project strategy and managing resources for multiple rebate projects. Ensure standard operating procedures are maintained and meet project requirements. Provide guidance for income verification processes and complex applicant income situations. Translate new business requirements into system specifications and develop associated processes for the team. Interface with IT vendors to implement and test new system features. System changes have included integrations between the organization's ERP system, CRM (Salesforce) system, Drupal website platform, and cloud-based document storage.
