Ltd. is one of the fastest growing manufacturers of agrochemicals with an international reputation in crop protection and other allied segments. • Daily basis, maintaining breakdown analysis, maintenance and spare inventory reports for all equipment.• Planning, scheduling and implementation of preventive, predictive, unforeseen and proactive maintenance.• Maintaining spare inventory and their detailed report and management. Also, estimating and tracking cost reports.• Utilising SAP for Creating Purchase Requisition (both for Material/ Service), Service entry, PM notification, Material gate pass, checking inventory, tracking PR, checking Service/ Material PO, etc.• Associating in creating ISO audit and MIS reports and processing PHA & PSSR.• Associating in project planning, executing, supporting and documenting the project reports. • Plant Maintenance, which include breakdown maintenance of all mechanical components and equipment.
