Executive - Contracts and Claims (Operations) Responsible for Negotiations / Settlement / Repose – Claims related to Damage containers, Terminal equipments, Infrastructures and for other contractual services opt by APM Terminal. Coordinating with the shipping Lines and customers related to claims, damaged containers. Effectively handling of Claims and recoveries as per APMT Terms of Business. Respond to daily contractual customer inquiries over phone / email related to their services provided to Terminal. Preparing reports on containers handled by ITT (Inter Terminal Transport) and RTG’s working inside terminal. Analyzing ITT & RTG’s moves/hour and their performance on weekly/monthly basis and reporting.

 Responsible for Denmark’s Key Client Exports and being the primary point of contact customers Respond to daily customer inquiries phone and/or email related to both Imports and Exports. Arranging Haulage/Intermodal with accordance to Equipment/Vessel availability Processing Amendments, Cancellations, Telex-release, Switch BL’s & Change of Destination/Vessel as per customer's requirement Evaluating Demurrage & Detention Free Time Charges for Export shipments. Keeping Customers updated with Equipment shortage, Cargo Cut-off change and Shipping Instructions chasing Correspondence with overseas agents for handling Export / Import shipment. Handling Dangerous, Dry, Reefer & OOG cargos Issuing Original B/Ls and Certificates/ Transport Documents as requested by Customer. Handling Disputes and claims related to invoices and shipments. Proactively track shipments and notify customers of relevant deviations from the transport plan, including potential solutions or alternatives. Ensure smooth execution of the whole shipment lifecycle, by working closely with customers and internal support groups to achieve customer satisfaction goals through pro-active resolution. Following up on longstanding shipments at Destination and inform Shipper accordingly.

 Provide client support and technical issue resolution via E-Mail, phone and other electronic medium. Configuration of client's equipment to connect to the Internet via modem/DSL Router. Configure software to connect to Internet application servers. Possess general understanding of OS and application operations related to all company offered services. Providing back end technical services and troubleshooting services.  Managing and supervising the working of employees and preparing periodic performance reports for the management based on employees functioning Collecting and collating appropriate data for usage in databases and conducting related research. Assuring the integrity of project data, including data extraction, storage, manipulation, processing and analysis. Extend the highest level of support to all clients at all times.
