 Responsible for end-to-end process of recruitment, Generalist and payroll. Recruiting the prospective candidates through multiple sources such as Job portals, networking and References. Initial level screening and Short-listing the profiles by HR evaluation on various traits like Job profile, Communication, Education background, Teaming, Flexibility, etc. Formatting the resumes of candidates in specific format as prescribed by the company. Forwarding Resumes to the technical panels for the final shortlisting and Follow –up for the feedback. Coordinate with the candidates and client for the entire recruitment process. Preparing MIS reports on Daily, Weekly and on Monthly basis.Payroll Activities In addition handlingpayroll activities Preparing and Issuing the offer letter and maintaining attendance records, salary administration Preparing monthly leave management sheet candidates who are in our payroll on contract basis solvequeries of new joining employees,handling joining formalities etc
