Developing the Class B surface from the class A styling CAD.Developing features such as Dog House, Ribs, clip tower, heat stake in the Class B surface and specifying tooling direction, draft analysis of the component for manufacturing feasibility and tooling feasibility.Gaps and class Analysis between the surrounding components.Reduction of Sink Mark in possible areas through local Thickening and reduction of drafts as per tool maker’s suggestions.
