Being the welcoming face of the store, my role here is to greet and serve customers as well as all administration duties. I process all store documentation to the highest standard, this includes ensuring correct daily banking; processing customer orders and payments; preparing, maintaining and checking stock records; adhering to the Data protection act.

At the hotel, my main responsibility was to efficiently help guests during their registration, installation and departure as well as ensuring effective documentation of hotel reservations as required. Other duties included making sure the daily balances were accurate, communicating with other hotel departments, focusing on sale opportunities and.

Delivering face-to-face customer service on a daily basis, advising customers of offers and taking their details, orders and payments. This included a use of tills and handling cash and card payments. Duties also included warehouse operational processes such as restocking and putting away deliveries as well as picking items.

Assisting with and providing excellent customer service to all customers. Getting involved in in-store promotions to endorse and maximise sales. Also serving on the tills, providing health care advice where I can and restocking shelves.

Operating and managing tills, assisting customers with selection of products, processing cash and card payments, wrapping items where required, merchandising keeping merchandise neat and orderly and restocking the sales area.
