Client: TakreerRuwais Refinery Expansion Project(EPC-4)Tankage and interconnecting pipelineDuties &Responsibilities• Monitor contractor’s activities daily to ensure that they meet the Requirements of project quality plan. • Management and execution of all specified inspection activities as per ITP, QCP, Specification and codes. • Handling and controlling all inspection jobs of subcontractor on field & fabrication shop.• Material receiving Inspection, Witness Welder Qualification Tests, Witness PQR, Review and approve WPS, Weld visual inspection and surveillance inspection before and during welding. Review of Radiographic films. Witness PMI, Ferrite Verification, MPI, DPI Examinations and review of relevant reports. Review of PWHT charts. Provide Training to subcontractor inspectors/technicians.• Review and advice on actions required to improve on weekly quality documents such as weld defect ratio, welder performance monitoring records, NDT progress reports, weekly QA/QC meeting(MOM) etc.• Initiate and conduct meetings with contractors on behalf of QC Manager on typical and priority Quality concerns raised by Contractor/Company.• Review and approve pressure test packs and witness pressure test/ Gravity leak test. Test pack-wise punch listing before leak test and PID system wise punch listing after Leak test.• Interpret results of radiography and other NDT methods.• NCR/CAR/PAR Issue and controlling the work as per client requirements and specifications. • Implement and verify the document control process at site.• Prepare daily and weekly inspection reports and updating in the project network systems.• Involving in Internal and external (contractors) periodical and irregular Quality Audits.
