I hold a bachelor of computer application degree from T. John College, where I studied computer science and developed my interest in network and system administration. Since Aug 2022, I have been working as a Senior Information Technology Associate at Jindal Aluminium Limited, a leading manufacturer of aluminium products in India.In my current role, I resolve technical problems with LAN, WAN, and other systems, ensuring system security and integrity. I also maintain inhouse systems end user support and server OS, network design, setup, and implementation, backup, security, and antivirus to reduce downtime. Additionally, I field support calls, chat, email, tickets, and other communication from users with inquiries regarding software programming, connectivity, printing, and similar concerns. I provide first and second-level support for workstations, applications, mobile devices, communications, network infrastructure, and related technology. I enjoy working with a diverse and talented team of IT professionals, and I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies to improve the efficiency and quality of our services. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and satisfaction, and I strive to contribute to the growth and success of Jindal Aluminium.
